Book Lovers Recommendation over at Ramya's Bookshelf

My dear friend Ramya has included me in her new feature, Book Lovers Recommendation. She asked me to pick five favorite books to share with others. Just pick 5?? Yup, it really was that difficult (and fun).

Head over to her fabulous blog to browse around and also see what my recommendations were. Have you read them? Could YOU pick just five books?

I had a hard time picking my five as well. I checked out your list and I agree Fall on Your Knees was great!

I saw that!! You are SO cool! :)

So far, the only one of your five that I've read is Wuthering Heights. One of these days, I'll get on the ball with more contemporary lit. I'm stuck in the 1800s!!

P.S. I'm still thinking about what my five would be. Maybe I'll try to post a blog on it when I figure it out! :)

What a lovely idea - I went and had a look. Absolutely love The Time Travellers Wifer. I have never read Wuthering Heights and really should get round to it. I am going to join your Non Fiction Five challenge too. I have scheduled it into my Friday post, so I will link up with Mr Linky then.

I've been over to Ramya's already. You caused my already huge wish list to grow.

The only one of those I've read is Wuthering Heights. And it's been a looooong time since I read that. I've actually been thinking about reading it again one of these days. I loved it when I read it in high school, but don't remember it all that well.

You're really going to make me read Wuthering Heights again :P

I haven't read Fall on your Knees (actually...I haven't even heard of it!), but if it is in your top five, than it must be a good one!

One more thing...is it funny that both of us really really liked our first book club book? I think I would be A Tree Grows in Brooklyn in my top 5 :)

I haven't read any of those but as you know I've Wuthering Heights in my pile. I just knew you'll list this book as one of your favourites! :D

What a fun new feature! I have had The Time Traveler's Wife sitting around her forever. I feel like I'll never get to it.

I read The Way the Crow Flies and really liked it but haven't yet read Fall on Your Knees. It's in my TBR collection waiting its turn though, as is The Time Traveler's Wife (I hope to get to that one before the movie comes out).

Picking five would be hard to do, I think, but you did great, Trish. :-)

I just love this feature of Ramya's. It was great to see what you chose as your five favorites. :)

*Serena - I'm glad to hear so many people liked Fall on Your Knees. It really was great, huh?

*Bethany - Ahh--you're making me blush! :P

*Karen Beth - 1800s is OK. Better than being stuck in the 1700s!! :) Can't wait to hear what your 5 would be--guessing Dickens or Collins would be on that list.

*Scrap girl - So glad you'll be joining the NFF challenge! I look forward to seeing your list.

*Bermuda - LOL--I guess that's what we're all here for--to make each other's lists grow exponentially.

*Debi - I've been thinking about re-reading Wuthering Heights as well, but I'm almost afraid that I've worked it up too much in my head. Know what I mean?

*Nymeth - See comment to Debi above. I just need to stop talking about that book! :)

*Laura - Fall on Your Knees is one of those I picked up at the library sale without knowing anything about it. I really liked it, but it's dark.

*Dar - I guess that means we both have great taste! :)

*Melody - Yes, I am predictable. I don't think there is anyone left in the blogosphere who doesn't know how much I love WH!

*Natasha - Oh, you need to read Time Traveler's Wife. It's a really interesting book and I'd be curious to hear what you think.

*Joy - I've been enjoying Ramya's feature as well. It's fun to see what people pick.
