Read-a-thon Hours 9-10

Since last update:
Pages: 62 (Catch Me If You Can)
Time: 63 minutes
Scott got home this hour, so I spent a little face time with him, which was a great break. Hopefully I'll finish CMIYC this hour. Ready to move on! :)

pages read
358 minutes reading
140 minutes blogging
65 blogs visited (comments left, not individuals)
1 book finished (The Outsiders)
2 caffeine beverages
4 mini challenges
20 minutes exercise

Thank you everyone for your encouraging comments. I've been trying to do my best to make my rounds as a sort-of cheerleader also. It's been a lot of fun seeing everyone's updates. :)

I love Toto--reminds me of that episode of Scrubs. Krystal - I can't listen to music while reading. I'm easily distracted.

A note on my page/time ratio. I do NOT normally read this fast (usually average 30-40 pages an hour). For some reason I turn into super reader during the 'thon. Total anomaly.

Off to break out the Oreos!!

You're a commenting machine! It's so encouraging to get comments during this! Yum...I wish I had gotten Oreos. I keep thinking that I should make those brownies, but then I would eat way too many!

Keep up the awesome speed-reading!

OREOS!!! Freaking yum.

My Scott is making me some burritos right now, with a side of sliced apples and blackberries. Lunch time!

Go Trish Go Trish!

I don't like oreos.

The Bug was the first to wake up so he and I are having some quality time while we wait for the others. Nice of him to wake up on the hour so tracking time is easier!

Holy cow! That many comments AND that much reading... clearly you're a superhero. And I think the page-a-minute pace means you need to 'thon (yes, I'm verbing it) more often! :)

Holy Cow, Girl! You have read a ton of pages! Keep up the good work!

Whatever, you are a fast reader and you don't even know it! That isn't even possible to grow into a super reader during the read-a-thon, you are just a super reader ALL the time!!!

Whatever, I don't even make sense anymore and it isn't very late.

Huh, I wounder if the lib would notice if I took a little nap. The bigger problem is waking up!

You are two cute girlie, keep up the speedreading you speedreader, you!

Way to go Trish! You are doing such an amazing job with your reading!!

When I saw your first post this morning I couldn't believe it was 6am when you made your video! You were so wide awake and enthusiastic (o.O) But it was so motivating, thanks for vblogging a good morning to everyone :)

I've been looking around peoples' blogs and most have similar statistics that you have. I wish I had done that, I can't be bothered starting now...:)

Maybe in the next read-a-thon.

Good luck with the remaining hours!

I really liked both The Outsiders and Catch Me if You Can. You are doing great. The oreos have my name on them...once my kids are in bed. I'm not into sharing. :)

Man, look at you go! You are SUPERTRISH today! That is what I am going to call you for the rest of the day! You are doing a fantastic job today! I'm having food envy of your Oreos... I knew I should have picked up some cookies when I walked down that aisle. Mental note for next time.

I'm getting excited about IHOP!!!

Your reading pace is fantastic - a page a minute!

You have just turned into a bionic reader! One page in less than a minute is fantastic! Keep it up! I bet Scott loves the RAT!
